Description
CNC electro-hydraulic synchro press brake can directly conduct angle programming and is of angle compensation function. Components
- Sliding part
Adopting hydraulic transmission, the sliding part of CNC electro-hydraulic synchronized bending machine is made up of sliding block, the structure of the oil cylinder and the mechanical stop fine-tuning. The oil cylinders at both ends are fixed on the frame, and mechanical block is controlled by the CNC system to adjust value.
- Operating platform
Manipulated by button box, the operating platform of CNC electro-hydraulic synchro press brake makes the motor move back and forth. And the moving distance is controlled by CNC system, and the smallest reading is 0.01 mm (Front and back position both have travel limit switch).
- Synchronizing system
The synchronizing system of CNC electro-hydraulic synchronized bending machine is made up of torsion shaft, swing arm and joint bearings. It is a highly precise machine which is stable in structure and in performance. The machine stop dog is controlled by CNC system and adjusted by motor.
- Blackgauge
Blackgauge of CNC electro-hydraulic synchro press brake is driven by the motor, and the size of blackgauge is controlled by numerical control system.
Performance
The CNC electro-hydraulic synchronized bending machine is a fully CNC hydraulic bending equipment with high configuration, precision and efficiency. The slide blocks are driven by electro-hydraulic servo system and adjusted by close-loop controller. The standard is 3+1 shafts, Y1, Y2 (top and bottom of hydro-cylinder), X (front and back of back block) and V (workbench bending compensation). The CNC systems are DELEM DA52,DA56,DA65WE and DA66WE. Deflection compensation structures are unsed in both the upper and lower dies.
Attention
- Before working, switch on the CNC electro-hydraulic synchro press brake and then turn on the switch on the control panel. Next, you can start the oil pump. Although the noise shows the pump is running, this press brake has not begin to work.
- It is a must to adjust the stroke into right ways before bending work (fast adjustment by electric motion is available). A gap is required to exist along the bottom side of the upper die. Besides, the width of this gap should be not less than the thickness of the sheet. In this way, it will avoid damage to machines.
- Width of the bending notch should be 8 times the thickness of the sheet. For exanple, if the thickness of the sheet is 4 mm, then, you should choose the bending notch whose width is about 32 mm.
- The blackgauge of CNC electro-hydraulic synchro press brake can be both electrically and manually adjusted.
- Bending work is turned on by the foot pedal. So, this CNC electro-hydraulic synchronized bending machine can be halted anytime when you loose the foot padel.
Maintenance and Repair
Before maintaining or brushing the the CNC electro-hydraulic synchro press brake, it should be shut down, and the upper die should be aligned with the lower die. If you want to open the hydraulic press brake or other operation, the pattern should be in manual mode to ensure safety. Below are the methods:
- Hydraulic Oil Line
1.Oil level in the tank should be checked every week no matter whether the hydraulic system is maintained. Add the oil into the tanks If the oil level is below the oil window.
2. The oil tank should be thoroughly cleaned each time the oil is changed.
3. Oil temperature should remain between 35℃ and 60℃. If it is over 70℃, both oil and auxiliaries will be damaged.
2.The hydraulic oil of this CNC electro-hydraulic synchro press brake adopts Changcheng brand L-HM46.
3. If a new CNC hydraulic bending machine has worked for 2000 hours, the oil should be changed. Then next time the oil should be changed after working 4000-6000 hours. The tank should be cleaned when changing the oil.
- Filter
1. Once you change oil, the filter of CNC electro-hydraulic synchro press brake should be changed or cleaned completely.
2. When the CNC hydraulic bending machine rings warning alarm,, the filter should be changed.
3. Air filter on the oil tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months. And it is better to change the filter every 1 year.
- Hydraulic components
1. Monthly clean hydraulic components (base plate, valve, motor, pump, tubing, etc.) of CNC electro-hydraulic synchro press brake to prevent dirt from entering the system, and the cleaner cannot be used in cleaning.
2. After a new CNC hydraulic bending machine has been used for one month, check the oil pipe bend whether there is deformation. And the oil pipe must be changed if there is any abnormal. Then, one more month later, tighten the joint of all accessories. During above operations, the hydraulic press brake should be shut down so that the system is without pressure.
