Attention

- If malfunctions like severe leakage occur, stop running this machine and troubleshoot it.
- Available sliding stroke of this machine is no more than 600 mm. It can not work with overload or under over-pressure environment.
- Ground leads of electrical system should be tightly connected so as to assure security.
- When the single acting hydraulic press is accepting maintenance, its power supply should be cut off. And the wasted oil or related objects, such as cloth containing the oil, should be sent to special recycling company.
- After it finishes working, operator should cut off the power supply and clean out the workshop.
Maintenance and Repair
- Before this machine is put into work, it should be kept running without load for a while. And this empty-load running time should be longer in winter (the single acting hydraulic press should be kept running more than 30 minutes).
- If a new machine has been used for one week, its oil should be changed and oil tank thoroughly cleaned out. Since then, such process is conducted every six months (but exact time all depends on practical needs).
- It must not be used outdoors. Besides, rainproof measures should be taken.
- When the single acting hydraulic press is working, do not open the oil tank cap or oil filler cap.
- Pressure meter should be switched off after it is adjusted in case of damage.
