Description
This mechanical symmetrical rolling machine is an adjustable three-roller plate bending roll (universal) controlled by NC upper roll, used for bending a certain thickness of metal plate at room temperature to tubular, arc or taper parts. It is of three roller symmetrical structure. The upper roll moves vertically along the perpendicular of the two lower rolls which rotate and provide torque for plate materials. This symmetrical plate bending machine features compact structure, easy operation and convenient maintenance.
Usage
This mechanical symmetrical rolling machine is mainly used in the process of cold working in which the sheets within the thickness of 12 mm can be bent into cylindrical tubes with different diameters. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, cement, boiler, shipbuilding, aviation, water conservancy, power transmission towers and other machinery and equipments.
